Ready-to-Order Pieces


Ready-to-order items may be returned within the statutory withdrawal period, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition

Return instructions and timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase

 

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces


Made-to-order headboards are crafted specifically for each client, based on confirmed selections such as shape, size, and fabric
Because these pieces are produced to individual specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun, in line with Dutch consumer law
Requests for changes or cancellations may be considered prior to production commencement and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

 

Damaged or Non-Conforming Items


Please inspect your order upon delivery
Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery
If a defect is discovered that could not reasonably have been identified at the time of delivery, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of discovery
We will review each case with care and, where appropriate, offer a suitable resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights
